Main Navigation/Mobile Menu

If the site is using the Superfish module and the menu is only 2 levels deep, then the fly-out menu should be implemented.  Instructions for implementing the accessible fly-out menu are:

1. Enable the “Accessible Flyout Menu” module
2. On the module configuration page (/admin/config/user-interface/accessible-flyout-menu), set the breakpoint to 980px. 980px is the default YaleSites 2016 breakpoint for the mobile menu.
3. Place the block in the Menu region.
